QUESTIONS
Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions.
What does a Transaction Coordinator do?
A Transaction Coordinator helps Realtors stay on top of the details related to a transaction, meet deadlines and free up Realtors to concentrate on business development.
Do you only work on Virginia based transactions?
No. We offer TC for Maryland and DC as well. However, not being licensed in Maryland or DC at this time, we have to stay within the boundaries of licensing laws when communicating with Listing or Buyer Agents.
How do I submit payments?
Full Buyer or Listing Service packages will be invoiced through Escrow, payable immediately upon closing. If your transaction does not close or your Listing does not sell, there is a $100 dollar charge. A La Carte services are due upon invoicing and can be paid via Zelle.
Will you have contact with my clients?
It is entirely up to you. It makes it easier if you allow it. We keep you updated and copy you on any correspondence with your client. Anytime there is an issue that requires your input, we check with you first and wait for your instructions.
Can you help with a transaction I already started?
Yes, just upload your completed documents and we will take it from there.
How do I know what's happening with my transaction?
We work from your online transaction platform. If your Brokerage does not have one, we use DotLoop to which you have access 24/7.
